We had a nice visit with Sylvia and Vern yesterday. So, what are the odds that Sylvia and I would have bought (and worn) identical shirts except for the color. Amazing. It's a great shirt and I have a blue one, too. It was fun to catch up after many years of missing a face-to-face visit. Sylvia and Vern have four grown children and nine grandchildren.

The lab work is finally back on George. He was dehydrated---and all the tests were negative. The doctor concluded that he has a virus---unfortunately, one that lasts 14 days!! Bummer. Andrew was up all night throwing up and Heather started this morning. Pretty awful to have this going through their family one person at a time. Thanks to all who prayed (don't stop).

Good news on cousin, Sheila---she got out of the hospital yesterday. She'll continue treatment on an out patient basis from home. Again, thanks for the prayers. The Lord is good. The prayer shawl was mailed today....sans fringe.
