Auntie Karen's Crock Pot Recipe with Joy's Adaptations

This is yummy....

1.5 lbs. lean top round, cut into 1 inch pieces
---Or pork tenderloin, chicken breasts or whatever meat you'd like
1 (16 oz. jar/can) tomatillo salsa (green salsa) Mild is suggested
----I used green enchilada sauce
1 (7.5 oz. can green chiles)
----or two 4.5 cans, whatever you have (depending on how much you like chiles)
1 cup chopped onion
----I used dried minced onion
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
2 tsp. bottled minced garlic
2 tsp. chili oil
----I skipped this (couldn't find it) You could add whatever hot sauce you like if you want
it to kick

Combine all ingredients in an electric slow-cooker. Stir well, cover. Cook on low heat setting for 8 hours (I cooked it about 5-6 hrs. on high)

Great in burritos, in salad or over rice. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
