Lucky Grandma seems to have 'caught' the children's sore throat....bad news: I don't feel so hot;
good news: I get to stay home so I don't pass it to Roger's patients.
I'm finding the blogging a challenge (I'm not exactly good at computer stuff). I tried to attach a picture and couldn't figure it out. Oh well, Heather will help me someday, I'm sure.
Heather's blanket is coming together...I have 14 squares finished. I'm not liking two of the varigated pattern blocks, so may do them again (bummer). It looks like it will be different and pretty when finished---sometime this summer, I suspect. I was getting worn out on the scarves, so it's fun to do something different.
Most of today's efforts have gone into the Weight Watcher's "planning" for the day. There are wonderful eTools available online and I'm learning how to use them, too. I've spent a lot of time this morning seeing if amylose-free can be added, too (this affects my blood sugars and rate of weight loss). My friend, Karen, up in Homer, Alaska, is doing both and I decided to see if I could work it out, too, as she's losing way faster than I am. My other friend, Kathie, up in Nampa, Id, is losing really rapidly, too. Hhhmmmm, wonder why I'm so much slower? Oh well, at least the scale is going down now instead of up.
Roger's trial this morning was to find ants in his granola! Apparently, they found a hole in the zip lock bag....what a mess! We both hate ants, so it wasted a huge batch of granola and caused us much grief. I'm still finding ants four hours later!
Hope your day is going better!

Awesome job Joy.
when you type up a new post, there's a little picture you click to browse your pictures on your computer. It takes a minute to download the photo but you get to choose the size and placement on the new post.
Just experiment, you'll get it.
Love,
Karen
