Got this off the net...reminded me of the three little boys on a "good" day. They can be so sweet together sometimes.I have Heather's "old camera" and can take some pictures. I'll get to it later today maybe. I'm making microwavable hot packs out of various 'guts'...haven't decided if I like anything better than the corn ones we have. I'm trying spelt and buckwheat. Will probably eventually try barley. We're hating the SMELL of the corn over time. We heat them and put them on our feet when we go to bed at night.
I've ordered a new camera (a point-and-click) for me since my camera stays with Heather such much so that I can get good pictures of the children and what's happening in their lives (like playing in the semi-slush that was 3-4" yesterday with a sled, etc.). The camera that's coming is a Canon Power Shot A70, I think.
We had to cancel the trip to Boise. Kathie's family was starting to go down with strep/colds and I'm not completely over mine yet---unwilling to double up before my immune system has a chance to regroup. Kathie's husband, Bear, was home sick and her plate's pretty full so we're going to reschedule the trip later in the spring.
I have a quilt class tonight. This is the beginning quilting class that I'm enjoying so much. It's every Friday night for this month and then over. My only other class right now is the once-a-month blockhead. We're working on our second block right now. I like applique a lot. So far, it's my favorite technique.
We have sun today, but it's cool. My sister, Jeani, invited Rog and I to go to Portola for the weekend as a consolation prize for the Boise trip, but Rog's back is still bad and I'm coughing enough that traveling doesn't sound like fun. Maybe that will get shunted to later this spring, too.
