These pictures were taken with Heather's camera....I can sure tell a difference in quality, but it will serve fine for my purposes of sharing the quilting and knitting, etc.
This is the first completed block for the quilt that will take a year to piece. It has 3-4 day's work to get it this far. Optimally, it would be put with a backing, batting and bound and/or quilted eventually. The blocks were designed to put together individually or as a quilt top depending on the crafter's wishes.
This is my first experience with applique....what a trip. I like the technique, but probably would do "larger" flowers next time as I found these pretty detailed and tedious to applique. It may enlarge if you click on the pictures.
